Lou
joined Steinhorn Consulting in 1991 as the Director of Consulting
Services. He is an expert in pension matters with extensive experience in plan
design, administration and complex technical issues involving qualified and
non-qualified plans.
Lou
heads the firm's research and compliance division and is in frequent contact
with Washington, D.C. officials of the Internal Revenue Service, the Department
of Labor, and The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
Lou
has a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from San Jose State University and
holds the designation of Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) from the American Society of Pension
Actuaries (ASPA).
